Privacy & Legal Notice

1. Who runs this website

This website is operated by Bjorn Debloudts, trading as Mister Achievement (“we”, “us”, “the operator”).
Contact: realmisterachievement@gmail.com
Enterprise number (KBO/BCE): BE 1033.925.968
Hosting provider: Cloudflare, Inc.

If you want to reach us about anything on this page — including to have your name removed — email the address above.

2. What this website is

This site shows a leaderboard and review queue for the Mister Achievement YouTube channel, which reviews and playfully scores players' public trophy and achievement profiles for entertainment.

The scores, tiers and comments are subjective opinion and comedic entertainment. They are not a factual statement about any person, their skill, or their character, and should not be taken as such.

3. What information we show and collect

We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses or any other personal data through the leaderboard page itself, beyond what is described above.

4. Why we process this information (legal basis)

5. Cookies & tracking

This website uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and stores nothing on your device for tracking purposes. Because of this, no cookie-consent banner is shown.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to keep the site secure and available; this type of cookie is exempt from consent under EU rules. Typography is currently loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch the fonts.

6. Third parties

7. How long we keep information

A username stays on the leaderboard or in a queue for as long as it is relevant to the current season or review schedule, or until the person asks us to remove it — whichever comes first. Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to manage the review queue.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase or object to the processing of your personal data, and to restrict or port it. In particular, you can ask us to remove your username from the leaderboard or any queue at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email realmisterachievement@gmail.com. We will act on removal requests promptly, normally within a few days.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), dataprotectionauthority.be.

10. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process the data of anyone under 16. If you believe a minor's information appears here, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
